DiRT Rally PS4 - Lancia Fulvia in Sweden.
To be honest a pretty horrible attempt but I decided to upload it as it probably represents the experience that most new players will have when they first try the game. This was a career mode race in the Open (beginner) class for 1960's cars.
Note that performances like this will not necessarily prevent you from winning a rally - there are plenty of stages even in the early career mode and I went on to comfortably climb out of the Open class and into Clubman without too much difficulty despite being very inexperienced in rallying games/sims.
I only mention this because of all the discussion of the game's difficulty, the point being that yes, to be really good at it will take practice and not a little skill but at the same time, you can still have loads of fun even when you're not that great and/or just learning the ropes.
